About Erina
I am currently at the University of Birmingham taking an undergraduate degree in Sociology- I achieved an A* at A-Level and have amassed a great amount of revision resources, top grade example exam answers, and an excellent knowledge of how to retain the highest marks possible in an exam. I have tutored many individuals in the past including ones studying for GCSE's in other subjects, and currently I am tutoring A-Level sociology students on another platform, so I have great experience with online tutoring and working with young people to reach their academic potential!

I centre my lessons around the individual's learning preferences, as this is the most important way to ensuring they succeed. However, the general structure of my teaching/relationship with the student involves discussing weak areas to be focused on more rigorously, and then creating a timetable in which we would work through the topics. In the lessons, I would expect to go over the information with a big focus on exam questions, as practising essay plans in my opinion is the best way to become comfortable with the material. I would then answer any questions from the student, and provide them with resources including summarised topics, questions to try in practise and other resources.
