I am a passionate singing tutor with over 6 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Classical Voice. My love for music drives my teaching, with a strong focus on ear training, harmony, melody, and the transformative power of song. I teach a wide variety of styles, including classical, pop, jazz, blues, and movie singing, helping students explore their own unique voice. My lessons combine vocal training, music theory, sight singing, and performance techniques to build both skill and confidence. My teaching methodology focuses on helping singers discover their unique vocal identity while growing creatively. For both adult beginners and advanced teens, I emphasize vocal tone shaping, song interpretation, and storytelling through music. Lessons are designed to build strong technique while encouraging personal artistic expression. For adult beginners, I create a supportive environment to develop confidence and a healthy vocal foundation. Advanced teens are challenged to refine their voice while exploring deeper emotional connection in their singing. Both benefit greatly from genre exploration and improvisation, which open new creative possibilities and strengthen versatility. I use tools such as lyric analysis sheets to deepen understanding of song meaning, vocal journals for tracking growth, and DAWs for recording and playback analysis. Melody trainers are integrated to improve pitch accuracy and musicality. Each session is tailored to the singer’s level, interests, and goals. My approach combines technical skill with artistic exploration. I help students transform technique into genuine expression, so every performance feels authentic. Together, we uncover their voice’s true potential and make singing a joyful journey of self-discovery.
