Yin to Yang yoga is suitable for yogis of all levels. It starts with slow-paced Yin yoga to work deeply into the body with longer-held poses to target the deepest tissues and warm the body. After this, we’ll gradually transition into Yang yoga for a faster flow that focuses on the muscles and building strength. Each practice will end with meditation.
