From these, I distil key principles of alignment, awareness, and attention to create a style that is mindful, dynamic and fun! I particularly enjoy helping people to improve their mobility and flexibility, and have a keen eye for form and injury prevention. With the prevalence of anxiety and stress related illness, I believe that yoga can be beneficial for a large variety of clients. With minimal space requirements, it is an ideal form of exercise to do from the comfort of your own home.

In any class, I ask the student what they would prefer to work on. If it's nothing in particular, I will lead the class as prepared. As I get to know and understand my students more, I adapt what we focus on in the lessons to their needs. I focus mainly on Vinyasa, Asthanga and Yin Yoga I believe yoga should focus a lot on relaxation and meditation, as well as fitness and flexibility.
I am very focused on foundational strength and proper alignment. My background in gymnastics has given me a wealth of knowledge in this area. I spent three years coaching gymnastics, so I am comfortable assisting and adjusting students. That being said, I also view yoga as a personal journey and I believe listening to our bodies is the most important thing we can do.
