He's well known, has an awesome reputation, takes health and fitness very seriously. He's a great motivator and loves to see others succeed!!!!
Don is an amazing trainer! He motivates you and he helped me reach me goal! He is very knowledgeable about what exercises are best for you and tailers each workout specifically for what goals you want to attain. He is respectful but will push you in the right way. This man is no joke! You can tell he knows his stuff and will definitely get you right & tight.
This guy is legit. I've been going to the same gym with him for almost a decade. He honestly is the most consistent and dedicated person I know when it comes to training. He's given me plenty of advice when it comes to muscle building, healthy eating and even cardio when I wanted to lose stubborn belly fat. I am a 5'6" man approaching my 30's. He's helped me meet my bulking goals(205 lbs) and my cutting goals(155 lbs). Without his advice and knowledge, I couldn't have done it without him!
