Hi, I’m Larry a business builder, problem solver, and lifelong operations leader. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve led manufacturing companies, managed turnarounds, and helped clients across aerospace, medical devices, and tech optimize their operations and strategy. What drives me is clarity taking complex business challenges and turning them into structured, actionable steps.
