About Adriana
I have been teaching yoga since 2015. I did my 500-hour training with the British Wheel of Yoga. My love of yoga took me to further my studies so recently I have finished an MA in traditions of Yoga and Meditation at SOAS University.I have been teaching group, corporate and one-to-one classes to people around North and Central London.

My classes are infused with philosophy. I adapt to my clients needs but my natural style is strong and dynamic. I also teach breathing practices and meditation, prenatal and postnatal yoga. I have been helping students to improve their physical yoga practice, and to deal with pain and injury as well as support their mental health through meditation and concentration techniques.
