About CHETAN
Hi, I'm Chetan. I’m a passionate and approachable tutor with a degree and postgraduate qualifications in Mathematics and Computer Science from Cambridge, along with an MBA. With over many years of experience in the IT industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and real-world understanding to my teaching. I started tutoring over 30 years ago. I’ve helped students to not only achieve top grades but also develop a genuine understanding of the material. I specialise in Maths (GCSE and A Level) and also support students studying Computer Science (GCSE) and Business Studies (GCSE and MBA students). Each session is 60 minutes (either in-person or online) which gives ample time to explore the topics that the student wants to and ask questions. I know that these subjects can sometimes feel daunting and overwhelming, so I focus on being patient with my students, breaking down complex ideas into simple, manageable steps. My goal is to help students feel more confident and capable, not just to pass exams but to build a strong foundation for the future and build their confidence. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and tailored to each student’s learning style. I take the time to understand how my students think and adjust my approach to match their needs. I am open to working with students of all calibre.

He has been teaching me A level Maths for thr past year and a half and I went from being utterly confused on some of the calculus and harder topics leaving me on a B grade to a top student.
