As an English Tutor, I help students develop their critical thinking skills to better analyze and understand various texts from non-fiction pieces to classical literature. I will pose discussion questions for the students to help students understand and interact with the text, as well as form opinions on pieces. I also help students prepare for writing assignment and develop writing strategies tailored to their learning styles.
I am a compassionate, driven, and receptive tutor who will work alongside my students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals. I am a great communicator and listener, and work well will students of all ages and academic expereinces.
My lessons are for all ages and will be specifically tailored to my student's age groups. I have experience with students from ages 8-16 but am willing to work with students of all ages.
