About Casey
Hi there, I’m Casey....
And in more ways than one, I'm just like you.
Before starting in the fitness industry, I was a competitive dancer and I trained EVERYDAY. My body LOVED IT. As soon as I started working full-time in the fitness industry my dancing began to take a back seat, as well as general exercise. I spent more time focusing on my clients then myself. I slowly felt my body start to change. I began to feel sluggish, woke up with aches and pains, saw myself gain a few kilos and lose muscle tone. I would still exercise, but not daily. A workout here and there. I always knew I wanted to feel like I felt when I trained in dance... long, lean and strong. I would set goals, start strong and then would soon stop, guilt and disappointment would closely follow. Sound familiar?
Then the pandemic hit. At the time I was Fitness Manager at a beautiful health club in the UK, and of course we were one of the first to shut down. I wasn’t sad. I was exhausted, I needed a break. I felt like I had all the time in the world to reset and get into good habits. As a means to keep healthy (and sane), a few friends and I started daily 730am Zoom calls where I would take them through 20-30mins of Pilates. WE LOVED IT. I lost 8kgs in 6 months. I felt AMAZING. I wasn’t sluggish. I didn’t have any aches & pains, I felt long, lean & strong.
When everything started to open up in the UK, we stopped doing our morning pilates, I stopped exercising everyday, and I slowly saw myself getting back into some bad habits until one day I stopped and I asked myself. What do I want for ME and MY health in 5, 10, 20 years time? I want to be exercising EVERYDAY because it makes me feel SO…. DAMN…. GOOD. Then BOOM my Online Live it LIVE, Move IT in 5 Challenges and Personal Training began. And, I haven’t looked back.
With every Online Live Class, Challenge & 1:1 Coaching I'm right there with you. We are in this together. Exercising everyday brings so many amazing benefits, more than just aesthetics, it gives us more energy, good posture, better sleep, quick recovery and lots of endorphines! It gives so much!
In 2 years we have had over 70 people participate in my classes & challenges.
Now, I'm here to say that it is possible for you, too.

Sessions are for Adults of all different skill sets an experience. I've worked with pre/post natal women, males and females recovering from injury, people suffering with MS and more.

Two years ago in the midst of the lockdowns Casey was my absolute lifesaver, not only with the daily classes which gave me a great structure and variety to my daily workouts, but with one to one bespoke personal training sessions. Casey kept me motivated and made me fall back in love with exercise again, making me realise the importance of keeping moving every day. When I fell pregnant Casey made sure my sessions were safe and beneficial for my pregnancy, but also enjoyable and keeping me active and making sure I was happy and healthy throughout! Her energy, positivity and love for what she does is inspirational and I am so excited to continue my workout journey with her!

My Training routine has involved weightlifting and Bodybuilding for 6-7 years. I am fairly stubborn when it comes to training and thought I knew what my body needed...Until I injured my lower back.
Casey was recommended by a friend. She is fantastic and has helped my mobility and range of movement to a point where I am seeing better results in my squats and deadlifts. My body feels younger, and I haven't experienced any pain since our sessions began. Not to mention, this is all through Zoom!!!

Looking forward to seeing more results whilst training with you!At the age of 50, and after 2 years in lockdown sitting long hours at my desk and gaining quite a lot of weight, my body was in a terrible state and I was worried. I had never had a personal trainer before so I was a bit unsure what to expect but I honestly feel Casey has saved me! Casey has pushed me hard in our weekly 1:1’s and four months down the line I am feeling better than I have in years. Casey is an expert at what she does. I was surprised that despite doing our sessions remotely, she could easily spot if I was doing something wrong and gently correct me to maximise the benefits of my workout. She has been a huge motivator for me, is simply lovely (but firm!) and I will be eternally grateful to her for helping me adopt lifestyle changes that I never ever want to go back on.
