My Approach as a Fitness Coach

Teaching Techniques and Methods :
1. Initial Assessment: I begin with a detailed consultation to understand your goals, lifestyle, medical history (especially for PCOS/PCOD and post-pregnancy clients), and any physical limitations. This forms the foundation of our plan.
2. Holistic Guidance: My coaching goes beyond just workouts. We'll work on nutrition (what to eat and when), lifestyle adjustments (sleep, stress management), and understanding your body's specific needs.
3. Progressive Overload: My training programs are designed to be challenging yet safe. We'll gradually increase the intensity of exercises to ensure continuous improvement and avoid plateaus.
4. Correct Form and Technique: I place a strong emphasis on mastering the correct form. This prevents injuries and ensures you get the most out of every single repetition.
The Usual Structure of a Class :
1. A typical session with me lasts about 60 minutes. Here's the general structure:

3. Main Workout (40-45 minutes): This is the core of our session. It's a structured routine of strength training, cardio, or a combination of both, tailored to your plan.
