I am vikash Pandey and an MBA graduate from an institute from Bangalore, i was good in English from my school times and have seen lot of my freinds or people in my circle fill embarassed when they couldnt speak English when others willbe talking in English for some people it's like they know how to read or speak but they lack the confidence to show it,,
Will share an example as i am not that brilliant student but have a good skill and freindly behaviour,, when i joined MBA my roomate was an guy who didn't even knew Hindi English speaking,, i saw he was struggling in understand things then that time i got an idea i hot an big mirror by myself and asked him to place it infront of his bed and from next day i started getting English newspaper for him and asked hi to read it loud as if he can listen what he is reading and when he don't understand any word then he can go to dictionaryand search for the meaning of it,, and magicallyit worked and he was almost good in English till our second semester started,, and finally he is now settled in DUBAI. So nothing is impossible you just have to take a step ahead without thinking what people will think but remember the step should be in a right way.
