About Ammarah
After studying for a year online at the University of Sussex, I feel that online learning can either be a really positive experience or a really negative one, and the thing that sets the two apart is the teacher!
I am confident in my ability to teach English in a fun and exciting way, while also helping develop skills that are very much required right now (such as online etiquette, zoom skills, using Word, learning how to write an appropriate email, being confident speaking etc.)

Having studied many languages (Spanish, Arabic, Urdu) I know what approaches are useful to students wanting to better their language skills. I teach in an easy going environment suited to whatever style a student learns best in.
Lessons will be online, and I understand that concentrating online for long periods of time can be difficult so lesson length will vary between 30-45 minutes based on your needs.
I received an A*/level 9 equivalent in both English Language and English Literature and I am confident that I can pass these skills on to other students. My lessons are best suited for primary school/ early secondary school students who wish to better their English skills.
