About Marissa
I have worked at Texas Woman’s University as the Sculpture Student Assistant and Woodshop Monitor from 2017-2019. My role included assisting and advising students with their projects. During my time at TWU, I gained experience with Painting, Drawing, Welding, etc. I will be furthering my education at Penn State University's MFA program starting in Fall 2019.

I will provide handouts and show basic techniques before going into more detailed material. I can adapt to your learning style and will teach basic terminology pertaining to the visual arts. After you have gained some more experience I encourage experimentation. I will even show you alternative drawing methods.
