My teaching method is very experiential. I leave space for your own intuitions and support them by teaching you techniques. I let you play first because by playing first your inner artist is not inhibited by the rules... Rules come later to support your inner artist and make you more objective in judging by yourself what you have created.
I base my teaching around the needs of the learner. A fun and experimental approach to get ideas flowing. I believe anyone can draw and be creative and my job is to remove any barriers and assist learners with finding their artistic style.
My teaching method is fun and inclusive. I like the students to work with me step by step. I am keen to answer questions along the way and I welcome new and insightful ideas, proposals and techniques. It is important that the student develops their own flair when practising art, and that they find their own sense of individuality.
I base my classes on what the student wants to learn and what level they are currently on. I believe in using art as an outlet and a way to express yourself so my classes are very open minded and free, but if the student wants to learn specific techniques we can also cover those.
I'm Chris and I give art lessons to students of all abilities. I'll help you by listening to what you want to achieve and explaining key concepts clearly. Don't worry if you're just starting out or lack confidence - I'm here to help you make real breakthroughs.
i try to allow the student to learn by mistakes, distant but very aware, ensuring time and considerations are met building up the person rather than taunting them down ensuring they remember what they dont like to repeat through trial and errors ensuring they find a style
When a student comes to me whether a beginner or advanced I like to find out what their aims and interests are. I then tailor the course uniquely for them. Because my groups are small I am able to do this. So I may have a class of five all doing different mediums. If a student has never worked in any medium before or for a long time I will structure a course to suit them.
My teaching methodology is really a fun according to my subjects I can create fun projects which helps students to explore design field better and to enjoy it. I can help to polish your design sense and can tell you all technical things you will need in practical life.

I am a professional artist (MA) with more than 15 years of international career and training experience for beginners, degree students, and other artists in different techniques (oil, acrylic, watercolour, egg tempera, drawing techniques and mixed media).
I am a practicing artist and passionate about encouraging students to learn artistic skills and explore their creativity. I offer tailored individual and group art lessons, portfolio guidance for students working for GCSEs, A-levels and also for art schools/universities applications.
My approach is open, polite, clear, fun, attentive and assertive. The levels of teaching have varied from one on one tuition for GCSE portfolios to big time 'creative' corporations in Hollywood. I encourage all students to use the side of the brain that is less used. I include philosophical approaches to my teaching.
My teaching is entirely student-led. Once I have been briefed on what the student wishes to achieve in the lesson, then we can plan it together - whether that's simply to gain pleasure from creating art, preparing for an art exam or preparing for entrance to art school/university. I am able to take into account personal preferences, learning styles and abilities.
my name is christine brown i would like to give lessons to children from 8 to 11 anyone that might be interested in any other courses that i might introduce them to. i would like to start classes about 9.00am until 15.
Lessons are varied to each student's main areas of interest and based intially on smaller development tasks, eg. shading, observation, before progressing to larger pieces of work. A student is given a summary sheet each lessons covering what they have worked on to build up a full complete of sketchbook/folder of skills, activities and information they can always revisit.
My teaching methodology is based on two important factors. First, the fundamental knowledge, techniques and practices that are necessary for all visual artists and second ability and interests of person who wants to learn and enjoy this incredible field.
Secondary school Art teacher with Masters degree in Fine Art with experience of teaching GCSE Art , A-Level and BTEC. A practicing artist with a love of drawing, painting and sculpture. A broad knowledge of both Contemporary and Historical Art. I am an enthusiastic teacher who loves helping individuals develop their confidence in their own artistic skills, in all areas of Art.
I am an A Level qualified artist and I would love to be able to give others confidence to go out and show the world what they can do. Charcoal, Pencil, Pen and Paint. I can show you how to use and control your specified mediums.
I give lessons at GCSE and A Level for Art and Design qualifications. You will be able to express your creativity in as many different materials, techniques and processes as you can imagine, or be more selective in range of media.
I tutor people from all backgrounds with varying aspirations, whether they want to practice art as a hobby or go on to study at Foundation or Degree level. Lessons are tailored to the person or the group, there is little structure with the emphasis being on freedom of expression & experimentation. My aim is to inspire & for the students to enjoy what they do.
Although online tutoring is becoming more popular, in a subject so hands on such as Art, I believe that it is crucial for a traditional tutoring form. Since I will be relocating to Cambridge, I would expect tutees to attend my private workshop / home. However, arrangement can be made for myself to attend tutee`s residence if it is a one-to-one session.
I help students distinguish their strengths from their weaknesses, and whilst helping them improve in areas they are less confident, I encourage students to create artwork of a medium and genre which they love and which their examiners and teachers will approve.
My method is confidence boosting whilst creating as it can be quite a scary thing to make art with the pressure of 'making something good.' One of my main philosophies is that you have to make a plethora of bad art works and general tests to create something you will be pleased with.
I have mainly been working with Primary School students, supplementing their classes at school. I'd love to continue teaching this age group but would definitely be interested in expanding to other levels of education, even up to preparation for Art School. I tend to focus very much individuals needs and interests, expanding their ways of looking, thinking and communicating creatively.
The beauty of art is that anyone who has a passion in it can learn it with the correct guidance. I believe the best way to teach it is to let the student lead the teacher. Student are free to decide what they want to make and I guide them along and teach them relevant skills to improve their abilities to make and create.
My teaching skills are based more on the fact that I can relate to the youth it'll be like studying with a friend, We can achieve , get work done while still having a calm and smooth atmosphere that will make you more comfortable and build confidence
My teaching method is to get stuck in-get messy! First I'll give tips and an important lesson on paint brushes! I'll move onto different techniques of painting and what paint to use. Then will have a refreshing swim in healing artwork.
For youger children and teens, I begin by exploring basic drawing and painting techniques and different mediums. For older teens, I start to encourage self expression, exploration of different themes, and experimentation.
I combine my teaching style between demonstration and encouragement of the student. It is important that the student is engaged and challenged, they must be guided to learn and improve their skill sets. I can structure the lessons to match the individual learners requirements and have regularly taught up to Levels 3/4 on varied curriculums.
