About Abby
Self-care is not just a feeling; it's an experience! I run a day spa called Unwind at Westclox. I have been teaching people how to carve out some time to better themselves and to try something NEW for 7 years now. As soon as you qualify yourself as a worthy candidate for evolution, everything else becomes easier!
