maths homework help?

The diagram below shows the path of a rocket which is fired into the air. The height, h metres, of the rocket after t seconds is given by h(t) = –2t(t – 14)

(a) For how many seconds is the rocket in flight? (b) What is the maximum height reached by the rocket?

please help, i would be very grateful!

Can you please let me know what the diagram shows?? What is on the x and y axis??

Also is there any other information that you can tell off? Unfortunately i cannot give a clear answer until all the information is given.

there is no information on the diagram, it is a "n" shaped parabola and it's h on the y axis and t on the x axis.. there is not further information, this is all..
