Our key focus is to transform kids into athletes by providing training on strength, speed, agility, endurance, and mobility for all sports to perform at high standards. Different training is based on the BIOMECHANICS (body physics) and KINESIOLOGY (body movement) approach which is widely popular in European countries. Training is based on specialized needs and customized training methodologies and techniques. For example, for marathon and long-distance runners, training focus would be on endurance, strength training, and speed. For sprinters, training would be focused on power, speed, hypertrophy. Sport (Tennis, Badminton, Cricket) specific training would be concentrated on power, speed, endurance, and agility. Both online and offline training are provided for individual or group and fee would be charged based on training. Online training is offered across the world. Key motto is to stay fit and stay healthy.

Perfect! Mr. Mani is a great fitness coach. He brings a blend of expertise, enthusiasm and meticulous attention to details.
I am in my forties living in London and was following a sedentary lifestyle. I reached out to Mr. Mani with the motive of improving my fitness and able to run.
He is very friendly and makes your comfortable and devises a customized training plan based on your needs and your body conditions.
His is very cooperative and flexible with the timings which is very important to me considering my hectic work schedule.
His training plan is holistic and follows a well define structure yet flexible. He explains each and every exercise in detail i.e. which muscles are covered and why is it important, How to do exercise.
He pays minute attention to details and corrects it immediately by demonstrating it. Despite being a video call, he has made it very effective and I don't feel that I am missing out anything that would be available in person.
His classes include various things like strength training, mobility, endurance, running etc.
He makes a note of each and every exercise covered in a particular session. How much time taken by me, How much weight pulled, How much reps.
He gradually increases keeping in mind my adaptability to those exercises.
He makes it interesting by employing various different exercises across sessions by using minimal equipment's.

First he doesn't just instruct to do the exercises by doing it once by himself but he explains how to do each and every exercise by explaining the bio mechanism, which muscle the exercise targets and what mistakes to be avoided which may lead to injury
Second he is so dedicated towards his profession that notes how each and everyone does the exercises and corrects the mistakes any number of times till that exercise is done perfectly
Third he has a planned program wherein one day it is for upper body, next day core, then hiit and endurance, another day mobility, stability, rehab exercises, another day leg and next day strength and power training
Fourth above all he is not money minded. His satisfaction lies in the improvement of his students and very good human being.

Manikandan is a very experienced, patient and sincere trainer. His expertise shows in the ways he trains me and my batch. There is a tremendous improvement in my stamina, muscle strength and health in just 3 months.
This is way overdue but here it is. Over the years I have tried so many different gyms, classes etc..., but after about 3-4 weeks I would drop off because I would either loose interest or just get bored of the same thing. When I started training with Mani earlier this year I actually really got into it. Although it may not have seemed like it while training, but I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions each week and Manikandan was so easy to get on with. He makes exercising easy and also interesting – explaining what we’re doing and for why !! ,He tailored the classes to my needs and made it a bit more effective.. Really varied from session to session, with a good mixture of strength training, cardio ..He was very helpful, extremely accommodating and let’s not forget encouraging and motivating. Just after few weeks I started seeing results and noticed I am getting much stronger and toned. My fitness level is probably the best it has ever been and it’s all thanks to Manikandan !! Mr. Manikandan is a truly hardworking and dedicated teacher. He is very punctual and focused professional, who encouraged my son to work hard and learn well what he teaches.
To teach my son one has to have immense amount of patience, which Mr. Manikandan has.
He is innovative and at the same time is accommodative in case we have to reschedule class. The fees is also nominal I would say. It was a very fruitful experience since my son was able to shed all that extra fat gained during lockdown. He is now back in shape and fit.

He is the well experienced and qualified person since he is an athlete especially long distance runner, clubbell trainer and has completed sports biomechanics and kinesiology course. He is the only coach with this much qualifications in this field.
I have had my son and myself get trained on fitness with Manikandan coach for almost an year. Hes a wonderful trainer who knows the subject in deep. He makes sure we get proper results out of the training and knows how to handle kids also well. Kids love Mani coach for his friendly approach during non training hours and at the same time he can focus on perfectly on training when hes in it. So it's a super bonanza to get an awesome coach who's strict as well as friendly at the same time. Would always recommend him for fitness training.
