About Jason
I am a trained and Certified Chef, living in Jamaica.
I have worked in several different hotels and restaurants over the last couple years.
I have taught adults in basic pastry making and these people have gone on to be certified and also bake great products for their families at home.
I just LOVE teaching others as i think it helps to make myself a better chef.

My teaching method is Interactive and participative.
I love when I'm teaching and my students interact and ask questions and challenge me to solve their questions.
When teaching, I teach students the traditional ways and introduce modern takes on traditional methods of cookery also.
