Hi my name is Giovanni, I'm 29 years old and I am a freelance chef. I started to work in Italy and than I came to London to make new working and life experiences.
My classes are approximately 1 hour and half and are structured and well organised. Content comprises the teaching of basic culinary skills, healthy eating and food technology. A meal - main or dessert - is cooked every lesson and the dishes cooked are familiar, well known and are drawn from many cultures and traditions.
We can choose the recipe upon your preference. Moreover, we also can start with a basic recipe to learn basic skills. I can prepare all the ingredients before the class however it will be added on the tuition fees. The lesson will take place at the student's home only.
I tailor my classes around my students' dietary needs, level of expertise. I aim to give out handy information and show techniques through recipes we choose together with my student.
My methodology is to start of easy and then build up towards something more complicated. Of course, I will work toward and by student demands, but essential knowledge is key. I will work with students on understanding, interpreting and even tweaking recipes. My aim is to ease them into experimenting, as it is the best way to learn your way around the kitchen and cooking.
I love cooking for my family and always experimenting with new recipes. Italian cuisine is considered one of the healthiest, richest and most joyful cuisines in the world! I think it's very important to be able to eat in the healthiest way and share the mealtime with your loved ones.
First is to find the stile of existing cooking. Tell about the background and story behind.
My training includes visiting yachts, houses and restaurants where my students are taught basic, intermediate and ad vanced cooking techniques. I will also deal with some of the important topics that are often neglected, health and hygiene and menu planning. Whether you want to learn the basics or master a specific cusine you can rely on me to help you get there.
My students were taught the academic as well as the practical aspects of working in a kitchen environment, having to do all the basic tasks right up to the fine aspects of what to expect in their working life in a kitchen.
My teaching method is basically to show the person(s) what is required in basic cooking, techniques, safety aspects of cooking (do's and don'ts) and the achievements/sense of satisfaction you get from this. I have a light hearted approach to teaching and I feel that is the best way to learn, without too much pressure. Message me on this site to discuss your requirements.
most lessons are given to students or general public at home. basic food safety, knife skills and cooking techniques. Lessons are given with very clear precis instructions but at a relaxed slow pace. Tutor lead demonstrations and full support whilst student carries out activities.
I am happy to teach one-to-one or in groups. All my classes are tailor-made to suit students' previous experience and skills. You will learn to cook from scratch your choice of vegetarian and/or vegan dishes and/or traditional Greek desserts.
I approach teaching with a hands on approach. I believe people learn well from a "monkey see monkey do" approach but I have also got the theory in the bag if need be. I hope that when you leave with some of my knowledge and experience you will be a happy chappy.
Although the basics will vary only a little, lessons have to be tailored to individuals - it goes without saying that a student looking for a grounding in basic, affordable nutrition will have far different demands from somebody looking for fine-dining lessons to cater for a dinner party or another looking to learn about costing and budgeting for a large family.
I have a patient and caring nature, and I enjoy teaching other people. I learn from mistakes, and I am always calm and collected when it comes to other people making mistakes. I always encourage, and talk the student through what went wrong, and I will then encourage to try again. Tailor made lessons for each student, as no two students are the same.
I provide practical explanation in each lessons which is easier for students to understand cooking and its techniques. I provide important ideas, notes and recipes to make healthy drinks, snakes or meals which is suitable for any non meat eaters.
I am very easy going, patient, and I can understand the different needs of every individual and find ways to accommodate them. I like an interactive approach. I like to make sure not to move onto next stages without making sure everything is well understood and learnt.
My teaching method is to ensure you learn while having fun! Teaching you the background to dishes and giving you insight into Spanish culture and the Spanish language.
The first lesson will cover kitchen basics, like food hygiene and knife skills. We will also discuss what you would like to learn, and set up a training program to suit. No experience necessary! All levels can be looked after.

I will travel to your kitchen so you can learn to cook in your own surroundings.

I am a diploma culinary student currently working in a 5 star hotel with one restaurant having a rosette. I am Maltese doing a year long internship in England. I am willing to teach anyone who wants to learn and can be very patient. We will begin with the basic terminology, cuts and cooking methods then obviously work ourselves up.
I have many years experience the the restaurant industry both as a chef and in management. I am passionate about food and quality ingredients. I particularly enjoy cooking European food and Latin American Food. I can teach basic cooking skills, give you advice on essential equipment for your kitchen, kitchen and food safety.
I'm offering a fun experience, showing and explaining skills for cooking and I am more than happy to give a list of ingredients and then Skype in order to cook together to make a fun positive experience! I am creative in what I bake and cook, I believe that presentation is important and also the overall experience is enjoyed.
I will give instruction in your own home on a one-to-one or if there is room one-to-two basis. You will perform the preparation and cookery whilst I advise and guide you. Following an initial simple one hour lesson, we can tailor future lessons around your own requirements.
I will come to student's home and use student's kitchen to teach. I aim to help students to use whatever facilities that students have at home so students can reduplicate the same meal later on. I will discuss with students first to decide what menu that we are going to have for each lesson.
my teaching ethic is to be patient, have fun with what knowledge you have to pass on and not just that everyone is a learning machine so You very well may teach me a thing or two. My lesson structure would be what would you like to lean weather it being cutting skills to spices and herb development.
Welcome! I am a young Greek chef with a degree in culinary arts.
I am currently teaching both Technology and Livelihood Education and "Araling Asyano" (Asian Studies) in a private Secondary School particularly in grade 7. The structures of my lesson vary on the topics to be discussed but I love to let my students create their own ideas.
