I’m Lola, a certified Yoga and Acroyoga teacher with a background in Psychology. My approach blends mindful movement, playfulness, and deep connection—on and off the mat. I love creating safe and inclusive spaces where people can explore their bodies, build trust, and connect with others. Whether we’re flowing solo or flying in pairs, I’m here to support your journey with presence, joy, and care.

Each class includes a warm-up to prepare the body, foundational acro poses, transitions, and a cool-down. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have some experience, you’ll learn to move with awareness, communicate clearly, and have fun while building strength and flexibility. Come solo or with a partner—everyone is welcome!
