About Cassidy
I am a Hip-Hop dance teacher and an active company dancer. I have experience coaching all ages, I have been dancing since I was 6 years old, I did ballet, contemporary and then fell in love with Hip-Hop as well. I have achieve my South African National Protea Colours in Portugal and I have been coaching for 6 years, private lessons, groups, competitions and workshops while entering competitions and battling. I love passing on knowledge and learning for all my students.

The intention of the lesson depends on you, dance can mean alot of things to different people.
For beginner dancers, it is about consistency and drilling the foundation. For anyone over the age of 35 and is looking for a fun activity, we will incorporate Hip-Hop cardio and I am equipped to train competitive dancers.
