I am Lucas Gontero, a 29-year-old Physical Education Teacher, graduated from ISEF Romero Brest, with a focus on strength training and high performance.
Physical Education is truly my calling. I enjoy every hour I spend in the gym teaching and seeing my students progress.

Hello, my name is Lucas Gontero. I am a Physical Education teacher, graduated from ISEF Romero Brest, specialized in strength training and high performance. My classes are suitable for all levels.
As a teacher, my goal is to build a strong teaching–learning relationship with each student. This allows me not only to help them achieve their individual training goals, but also to develop mutual trust and gradually build their autonomy.
This means that, whether they continue training with me in the future or not, they will gain the tools to recognize knowledgeable professionals and train safely and effectively. And if they cannot find one, they will be able to keep progressing on their own without wasting time or risking injuries.
