Finance Compensation

I have math problem that I have fully solved but got stuck on two questions at the end. It asks me what is the sales person monthly commission if the commission is 15% and his monthly sales is 11,250.00. Next it asks what is the expense allowance if monthly sales is 1500.00 otherwise the expense allowance is 1500.00. Next it states if the team member monthly sales exceed 1,250.00. Do he receive a bonus? Yes Next it asks if total monthly sales is 86,250.00 (added monthly sales, commission, allowance, and bonus to get this amount)by the total monthly sales) Next it asks what is the total monthly compensation? ( I do not know how to find the compensation) Is is the total of all the numbers. This is where I am lost at the percentage and compensation.

Answers
You are right that the sales commission is £11250 (it's 75,000 x 15%)

I get lost when you start talking about the expense allowance. Is this a fixed cost or variable in line with sales? I am sorry, but the rest of the question is confusing too. Can you explain a bit more?
