I try and make my lessons as enjoyable as possible, as fun is key to learning. I also go through different examples of the subject until it’s fully understood.
The more teachers cater for the individual needs of their students the better the lessons they will teach. In a perfect world all lessons would be 1-2-1 so that the pace and level of lessons meets the student's needs perfectly.

I personally am a kinesthetic learner, so my usual teaching method is using real life situations or applications, but depending on the learner can adapt per need. e.g. basic maths skills for division, using a group of physical items (i.e a pack of biscuits) to make into divisible piles to show a physical representation of the problem.
