I personally am a kinesthetic learner, so my usual teaching method is using real life situations or applications, but depending on the learner can adapt per need. e.g. basic maths skills for division, using a group of physical items (i.e a pack of biscuits) to make into divisible piles to show a physical representation of the problem.

Physics revolves around understanding, so talking through lots of questions and topics is key. As well as that, there is a lot of maths in Physics up to GCSE so helping students practice these kinds of questions and marking them, showing them where they are going wrong and helping them to understand how to solve each problem would be a critical part of lessons.
