Hello to everybody interested in learning and/or improving their English and Modern Foreign Language abilities! I have had 34 years experience of teaching in the UK, Sweden, Germany, Italy, France EFL/ESL/ESOL as well as Foreign Languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) My Lessons are realistic and relevant to your learning needs.
I have 6 years of international experience in teaching English as a Foreign Language. So far, I have delivered language classes in Greece, Spain, Romania and Scotland. I have taught both young learners and adults in all levels, as well as prepared my students for IELTS, TOEIC, FCE, CAE, CPE exams.
I can teach French, German and Spanish from beginner level onwards to any age students and aim to achieve conversational standards as quickly as possible by emphasising the similarities of English and French/German/Spanish. Once a student becomes comfortable with the subject at hand and their preferred learning methods, I hope they will be able to progress further independently in the future.
I am a very funny and cheerful person, responsible and organized. I am dinamic and vey talkative, so you will learn lot of spanish just because of listening to me. I like to adapt to any student requirement. Anything you wan to improve, I will be happy to help you with. Don't worry if your spanish is not great, I'm here to help you.
I'm a native Spanish speaker who moved to London aged 11 and keen to help people with the language. Lessons will be structured in order for the student to be able to become as fluent as possible in every aspect of the language (speaking, writing, listening, etc) as well as help with accent and pronunciation.
I try to teach with humour, fun, spontaneity and repetition. Learning basic phrases, to begin with, practising pronunciation, building vocabulary. Students are welcome to input and request certain topics to learn: ie: holidays, travel, shopping, doctor or hospital appointments, pharmacy, everyday basic expressions and phrases.
I plan my lessons carefully taking into account the particular needs of each individual student. I also like to make use of a variety of authentic materials in my lessons to provide a meaningful context for developing students' skills and bring the language to life.
I build the lessons around songs. This way, students are immediately immersed in vocabulary, culture, natural pronunciation and expression, and learn about a place and people in a fresh and exciting way. I've combined 15+ years as a language teacher, musician and intercultural trainer to create the best language lessons I could create.
I'm an ESL and a French teacher with a very wide and long teaching experience. I'm happy to say that my students have always achieved their goals and passed successfully their examinations (GCSE, A level,Baccalaureat or higher levels). Each student remains unique to me and his/her improvement is my priority.
I am a fluent Spanish speaker, with a strong background in Spanish culture, supported by my studies and qualifications I have obtained over the years. I teach all ages, from beginners to advanced, both young and old, including GCSE and A-Level level Spanish. I am also great with younger children and have good experience and rapport with them.
The most important thing for me as a tutor is to see my students progress at a comfortable speed for them, while enjoying what they are learning. My teaching style is calm, fun but focused.
I like to adapt my methodology to the requirements of each student, therefore I like to listen to the students' aims and needs. I understand that language is everywhere, not only in the books, for this reason, I like to teach English in a way that is relevant for the student, where he/she can find it useful and easy to use in a day to day basis.
My teaching method is based in speaking.
For the Spanish Lessons: 1- Basic Concepts 2- Conversations 3-Basic Grammar For Basketball: 1- Physical Preparation 2-Concepts 3-Training and playing 4-Team Behavior for the basketball , its require a proper open space ,where i can prepare the physical exercises and a basketball court.

My aim as a teacher is always to incite interest and curiosity which makes the learning experience a better one for my students.
I am currently in my last year of A levels, studying Spanish, Music Techlology and Business. I have a passion for music, both performing (singing) and producing. I have always spend a lot of time in Spain due to my parents having a house out there, which we spend approximately 4 months of the year there.
Every time I went abroad I tried to do what I am passionate about: teaching my mother-tongue to not-native speakers. My methodology is based in adapting the language to the needs of the student, always trying to master the pronunciation and make the experience enjoyable.
The Cambridge CELTA certification, guarantees a good design and structuring of each class in order to optimize results. In terms of material, depending on your need, we will use course books, which we will follow to focus on your specific needs or, we can work material freely: videos, news, etc. moving on according to new opportunities for improvement detected in class.
I base each lesson on each skill required at gcse and in life including speaking skills, listening skills, reading skills and writing skills, always focusing on oracy and confidence in the language. I like to include some games in my lessons such as translation races, dictionary races, beat the teacher, splat etc.
I teach with a sense of fun and with great patience. Until my student/s are comfortable with a class we do not move on. I build into sentences that make sense so that my student has a sense of achievement in a very short time. I also like to record their voice so that they grasp a good accent right from the beginning. I have 20 years experience with all ages and levels.
My teaching method is very much focused on the learner. I like to make sure my students feel comfortable and motivated to keep learning. Therefore, I always create my own material and plan individualised lessons which are 100% adapted to the student's needs.
Using face to face (one to one) or group sessions to get the required objectives. Candidates evaluation to assess language levels are required. This will allow to create a customised or grupal pensum that fulfills all the student(s) requirements to make an adequate use of the Spanish language in oral, written and professional writing/reading.
I have experience teaching kids and adults as well. I can adapt the lessons to the student needs if necessary. Depending on the needs, we can have conversational classes, Spanish for business, exam preparation, Spanish for kids, etc.
I am a second year university student studying French and Spanish, with lots of enthusiasm and an open-minded approach to teaching students of all ages and abilities. Teaching Style: I believe that every student is different and that there is no “right way” to learn.
I am a native fully qualified teacher of Spanish. i have a TEFL certification and Cambridge qualification My lessons follow the communicative approach. The goal is to obtain lexicon and gramatical knowledge via dynamic activities while always emphasising on the pupil's active work.
I teach Spanish up to Advanced Higher (first year University) level. My lessons are based on your needs and wants - I'll ask you what you want to get out of the lesson, as well as a quick skills assessment and go from there. Do you want to improve your speaking skills? Reading? Writing? Listening? I'll focus on whatever aspect of Spanish you want to tackle.
As an Art Historian our conversations will be always "spiced" with cultural references to ancient civilisations and fine arts. To manage a language implies to know a little bit about how it originated. For example, the Americas were the cradle of many advanced civilisations such as the Maya, the Aztec and the Inca. A language is alive and changes, by adopting words from other languages.
I have a degree in International Business with Spanish from Queen's University Belfast in which I achieved a 2:1 classification, and was also awarded with distinction in spoken Spanish. I spent 14 months living and working in Barcelona where I gained valuable work experience in Sales and Marketing, whilst also intensively improving my Spanish skills.
I use my own materials and mainly focus on oral skills, such as speech, vocabulary, conversation practice, idioms and expressions.
My teaching method is to learn in a practical way, working with example and exercises that make the learning dynamic. Committed to the development and progress of the student. Give enthusiasm to learn the students. Show closeness and understanding with the students. Ability to transform difficult knowledge into easy to understand.
