I always try to understand my students. Each person is their own individual.i can't write a lesson plan that would be effective for 20 students, because each student has their own learning style.
I will never reprimand a student fir getting something wrong. I will help then understand why they got it wrong and fund the teachable moment.

I am laid back and easy going. I enjoy getting to know my students and teach from a learning perspective. I can adapt my curriculum to the way my students learn. One of the teaching methods I use is , word association.i feel those helps the students retain more information , if they can associate life experiences.
