About Roxann
Each student is different and my goal is to always build on what you do understand. I always work with each student in a manner to reach them using the style they learn best. It is important for me to get to know you as an individual and build rapport with each student so you can feel comfortable with each session.

Over 20 years of experience as a Math Teacher. I hold an Early Childhood-8th grade Generalist certification teacher in Texas, with a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. Experienced in working with all levels of students. I focus on individualized instruction, meeting the students where their needs are and building on the skills they have already mastered. I do not believe in teaching tricks to students, instead focusing on numeration and understanding the concepts and patterns in Math. Each new gain builds their confidence and understanding of their own learning. I hope we can work together to create a plan for your student to develop an understanding of Math and confidence within themselves.
