My teaching method is to first let the students take a glance at the given lesson and let them explain to me the objective and gist of it, then it is follow by my oral detailed explanation of the lesson ( as per the textbook) and finally by reading the text together to find out where the students difficulty lies. A hw ( short one) is given daily that will take the student a maximum of 25-30 minutes will be issued. Finally a test will be given in shorter amount of time than given in the students school( to give the student an idea of time management).
This will ensure that student has understood and is able to apply themselves to the best of their abilities.
