200 hrs. certificated, passionate Yoga instructor with both, individual and group experience. Focused mainly on Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles and philosophy. Essential anatomical knowledge to guide a more personalised practice and help physical work-out and recovery. Also, integrates live music sessions for every class. 1 hour and 15 minutes classes: - 10 minutes of welcoming and introduction. - 50 minutes of physical practice. - 15 minutes of relaxation (Savasana) w/ live music. To all ages, from 15 to 70 years old approximately.
