As a certified yoga teacher, I am delighted to welcome you to our practice space. With respect and dedication, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery, mindfulness, and physical wellness. Our practice is rooted in tradition, yet adaptable to the needs of each individual. I try to introduce a bit more modern way of teaching and connecting to your divine and masculine energy. As we flow through each pose and breathe, let us cultivate a deep awareness of our bodies and minds, and strive for optimal alignment and safety. I am committed to providing a professional, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all students, and look forward to sharing the wisdom and benefits of yoga with you.
