About Holly
I’m Holly, someone who came to yoga aged three and fell in love with it. It has offered me so many wonderful things before and after training to teach it, and I want to share that goodness with other people, whether they are experienced or new to it!

My classes are all about breath-led and mindful movement, as well as the beautiful philosophy of yoga. Offering modifications wherever they are wanted/needed, and all are welcome to my practice.
