About Elyssa
I completed my 200-hour YTT at Sampoorna Yoga Goa, India, in May 2018. I specialise in teaching Vinyasa flow with foundations in Ashtanga yoga. Since completing my Yoga Alliance accredited course, I've taught in a variety of settings: to beginners with no prior experience of yoga, to martial artists completing their discipline. I've also led community classes for people aged over 65.

Yoga taught me that it was ok to fall, and this is the message I hope to pass onto my students. My focus is always on how your body feels in any given day, I aim to guide you through your practice to help you connect deeply into yourself and let go of any worries outside of your mat. I pay close attention to every individual I teach offering modifications and adjustments when needed. I strongly believe yoga is for anyone and everyone who is willing to explore.

Details
For one-to-one tuition, I charge £25 an hour. For group classes, I charge £5 per person per hour (min. 10 people).
