About Celia
I have been practising yoga for roughly ten years, at first it was a way of stretching and exercise, but slowly I started experiencing the effects it had on my mood and ultimately my day. Of course the endorphins from any exercise feel good, however, the breath and movement together with the meditative aspect of yoga, really enhance these results. This is what led me to start practising religiously, and ultimately to start teaching.

I aim to take my students on a journey of self-realisation and deep engagement with the ancient practice of yoga. I approach my classes with intention and playfulness and take utmost pride in seeing my students improve and fall in love with the practice. Yoga has changed the way I show up in the world and how I connect with my body. As a teacher, I help to allow others to access that same insight and awareness that I have experienced.
