About Zachary
In school, my proficiency in English and detailed knowledge of markers' expectations allowed me to repeatedly top my cohort and consistently achieve Grade 7s in literature. After graduating from the IBDP in ACS (Independent), I began searching for new ways to channel my enormous passion for English and literature.
As a tutor, I hope to not only put students in good stead to ace LangLit but also to inculcate within students a genuine love and interest in literature! :)

I'm a flexible, patient, and fun-loving tutor who will work with you to adjust lesson pace, duration, and content based on your individual needs! I am up to date with the current IB LangLit syllabus and have an extremely strong command of English.
LangLit may seem daunting but I will equip you with the knowledge of what IB markers are looking for in your essays and how to dissect any difficult LangLit question; I will not ask students to blindly memorise phrases or essay templates. I believe that letting students truly understand and enjoy the subject is the first giant step in mastering it!
