My teaching method is highly adaptive to group or individual sessions. I focus on anatomy and alignment to make for a safe practice, always instructing with modifications. My lessons start with gentle warm ups and breathing practice followed by a short flow and finish with stretching and relaxation.
I am a 200RYT certified yoga teacher with experience teaching beginner students in groups and individually. I have experience and training in yoga for those suffering from chronic illnesses and eating disorders. I have been teaching for 2 years to small groups of people with varying abilities.
