About Kyle
As an honors graduate from UC Berkeley with a degree in Business Administration, I have a strong foundation in both academics and real-world application. With a stellar SAT score of 1500+, I understand the ins and outs of standardized testing and how to excel in them.
Currently, I'm leveraging my expertise as a management consultant, where problem-solving and critical thinking are essential skills. This experience enriches my approach to tutoring, ensuring that I not only teach the subject matter but also impart valuable skills for success beyond the classroom.
With prior experience with 1:1 tutoring experience in math, ranging from pre-algebra to calculus, I tailor my teaching to suit each learner's unique needs and learning style. I believe in the power of personalized instruction, adapting my methods to help students grasp concepts effectively and build confidence in their abilities.
Above all, I genuinely enjoy teaching and the sharing of knowledge. Whether it's demystifying complex math concepts or providing strategies to tackle exams with confidence, I'm dedicated to helping you reach your academic goals. Let's embark on this learning journey together!

Kyle is awesome! He was my Algebra 2 and calculus tutor in high school and honestly would not have been able to get an A without his help. He is super knowledgeable and makes learning math doable and even enjoyable. Scheduling with him is always easy, and I can tell he takes tutoring very seriously. He even offers college application help, which helped me a ton. Can't recommend him enough!!
Kyle was my daughter's Algebra II tutor and I couldn't be more please. He is very smart and professional. He was also very responsive and flexible with scheduling.
My daughter says Kyle makes learning enjoyable and the math understandable. He brought her grade up from a B+ to an A. He even asks her questions outside of tutoring sessions. I will definitely hire him again for when my daughter takes trigonometry next year!View more recommendations
