About
Welcome to Internal Warrior Martial Arts! . I am John your sifu! I teach an authentic form of internal Chinese martial arts that has a heavy emphasis on self defense and developing strong balance and root. The system of kung fu that you will be learning has strikes, kicks, knees, throws, trips and many grappling techniques as well. I do place an emphasis upon physical conditioning so these lessons will greatly benefit your physical condition as well. If you would like to learn from me please do not hesitate to message me. My rates are negotiable, I teach because I love this art not to get rich.
