About Tiri
I grew up in the highlands of Scotland but I'm now based in SW London. I've practiced yoga since I was a child, 7 years ago I went to India to complete my yoga teacher training. I love travel, the outdoors and sharing my passion for wellness!

“My classes are inspired by my teachers, travels, the natural world and my own personal experience. I like to open classes with clear intention and breathwork, minimalist music and essential oils during savasana. I aim to bring Eastern and Western philosophies together by combining traditional Indian yoga with modern science. My classes are always lighthearted yet physically and mentally challenging and well adapted to the students. The concept of bringing relaxation and mental clarity to the everyday lives of my students is what really motivates me as well as promoting a healthy, balanced lifestyle.”
