About Sanya
I am an AAT Qualified Junior Accountant about to progress onto my chartered accountancy (ACCA) exams. I work full time in an accountancy firm.
I have always had a passion for maths and would be keen to teach young children (approx under 14 years old) outside of my work hours.

The approach i use is to firstly explain the method in a way that would easily be understood by a beginner. Making sure the student is more than comfortable to ask any questions as we go along. If they have not quite understood the first time, I would explain in a different way until they have fully understood the concept.
Secondly, show the student a couple of examples of how to solve the question.
Lastly, giving the student lots of practice questions to ensure they have fully understood and can carry out the task independently.
Textbooks/workbooks relevant to the students modules in school should be provided.
