About Sébastien
Accenture Strategy consultant in Paris, I today advise senior executives on the strategies and operating models to set up in order to survive the all-digital era.
Graduated from EMLYON, I took many steps (factory worker, nuclear research trainee, technical sales reps, industrial digital project manager) and lived in several countries (4 expatriation, including 2 years in Singapore during the last one) to reach where I stand.
Today I am mature enough to look retrospectively at my own journey and help you structure yours according to your targets (competitions, interviews) and your expectations!

Given the topics’ specificity, I favor an ultra-personalized approach. However, 3 main steps can be highlighted:
1) Inventory: understanding the learner’s true needs (path, target, strengths / weaknesses)
2) Personalized action plan definition with theme sessions (self-branding, CV, storytelling of a cover letter) and simulations (case interviews, motivation interviews, etc.).
3) Follow-up, weakness analysis and re-work
