About Joseph
I am an accomplished drum instructor of 30 + years who has also taught at prestigious schools notably DCI in NYC and The Long Island Drum Center. I have taught thousands of drummers over the years and several have gone on to win drum national awards (fastest drummer award) and also who now play with such notable artists including Steven Tyler of Aerosmith fame.

My teaching method is primarily based off of what I see the student needs and also what the student wants to learn. We devise a game plan with short term and long term goals and we reevaluate periodically to see what we have to add or alter to sustain our vision to make his goals a reality within a given time frame. I have an intensive list of 100 + subjects that I instruct which is primarily based off Technique, 4 way coordination, time functioning, and musical application.
