About Jack
I have 7 years of teaching experience and hold a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies. Throughout my career, I have worked with school students, university learners, professionals, and language enthusiasts who wanted to communicate confidently in French for academic, professional, and personal purposes. I enjoy helping learners discover the language through meaningful conversations and authentic cultural experiences.
One learner enrolled before accepting a hospitality position where communicating with French-speaking guests was an important responsibility. We focused on customer interactions, workplace vocabulary, pronunciation, and practical conversation through realistic service scenarios and regular speaking practice. Within a few months, the learner communicated naturally with international visitors and gained the confidence to handle everyday professional situations independently.
I believe successful language learning develops through consistent practice, curiosity, and the confidence to communicate without fearing mistakes. My classroom encourages active participation, thoughtful discussions, and supportive feedback while creating an environment where every learner feels comfortable growing at their own pace. Every lesson is designed to build both language ability and genuine confidence.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading French literature, exploring Francophone history, attending cultural events, and discovering new teaching strategies that make language learning more engaging. These experiences help me bring authentic language, cultural insights, and practical communication activities into every class. I begin by understanding each student's learning objectives, current proficiency, and preferred learning style before creating a personalized lesson structure. This allows every learner to build confidence while progressing through realistic and engaging language activities. Each lesson integrates listening, speaking, reading, and writing to develop balanced communication skills.

Reading activities include news articles, short stories, literary excerpts, and cultural resources that improve comprehension while introducing new vocabulary. Students preparing for school examinations, university programs, DELF or DALF certifications, international careers, relocation, or travel receive individualized preparation supported by structured revision plans and regular assessments. I continuously monitor progress, adjust lesson strategies, and encourage independent language practice between classes.
