About Smarth
Bcom Graduate Pursuing CFA , done with ACCA (13/14) papers done. I've cleared all papers by self tutoring and have developed a hands on approach to understanding and applying concepts learnt through professional training and part time teaching. I carry two years of Industry experience in auditing , accounting and finance.

Teaching is a passion since I never had teachers that could help me explore and understand the roots of a topic. Teaching in India is still based on memorising rather than understanding and I aim to change that by developing a student's core competency in understanding and applying the basics. I believe in having strong basics as that allows you to truly appreciate and learn the subject as opposed to dull and dry mugging up for exams. I have found that topics are easier to grasp and apply when the basics are solid. I also supplement my teaching by sharing real life applications from my Job so as to truly get the student to appreciate how a subject like accounts and finance would work in real life job scenarios.

Having been taught numerous times by Smarth, I can confidently say he is a very good teacher and a coach. During our years of extensive learning, Smarth has been a guide to us all. His expertise lies in matters of accounting including its several branches. However, what adds to his teaching skills is the knowledge he has about other related topics and subjects which ensures his students get an all round perspective and practical insight.
He is the best with the fundamentals and is patient if you don't understand any concept in the first try.
