About Jacqueline
I’m a young accounting professional who genuinely enjoys helping others understand things that once seemed confusing. I loved helping my fellow accounting students when I was at university, and I’ve continued doing the same with colleagues throughout my time in public practice. I’m an INTP (all hail to the introverts ^0^), so I’m naturally curious and love figuring out how things work — and I’d love to help you find that same joy in learning accounting. Outside of accounting, I love baking, traveling, journaling, and occasionally ragebaiting my cats for my own entertainment.

I have 3 years of experience working in NZ CA/CPA firms and have worked with a wide range of accounting work, particularly GST, annual accounts and financial reporting. I’m here to help both students who are struggling to understand accounting concepts and junior accountants/interns who want to feel more confident with the practical side of working in a CA firm. I like to explain things in a simple, easy-to-understand way and use real-life examples rather than just textbook theory. Each lesson is tailored to what you’re struggling with, and lessons are typically 60 minutes online.
