About Sarah
Hello! My names is Sarah
I grew Empower Wellness from my love for sound therapy and alternative approach to Wellness and mental health issues with therapies which are non verbal, to give the mind and body a much needed rest!
After suffering great loss, i formed Em.Power, named in honor of my cousin Emma Louise Shaw who passed in 2020 at the very young age of 29, my work is in honor of Emma.
I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness and that everyone should have access to Support, Affordable classes, Therapies, that promote happier and healthier, balanced
I have trained over 20 students
My vision is to offer guidance and support on your journey of self discovery and Wellness..
I am Experienced and have Fully Accredited Training with Full insurance.
