About Yanina
¡Bienvenido a mi perfil! - Welcome to my profile! I have been tutoring privately for 15+ years, first in Buenos Aires and currently in Canada where I reside, and I am fortunate to have met students from different parts of the world. I have also experience as an in-company language instructor for small groups and language coordinator at a local language school in Buenos Aires. My passion for teaching comes from my own love and fascination for languages. Being a language learner gives me valuable tools that I can apply in my teaching and helps me better understand the learning process (and challenges) to guide you through it successfully.

My lessons are structured following the Common European Framework of Reference and thoughtfully planned to meet your goals and expectations, from beginner to proficient.
I create my own material and activities to integrate real life Spanish and guided practice for conversation, grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Material is visual and engaging.
In order to make good progress, learning should continue outside of our lessons, so homework is also available.
My teaching philosophy is to create a comfortable yet challenging learning environment. When teaching I rely on patience, enthusiasm and a strong desire to inspire and motivate my students.
It is my goal that you look forward to our lessons together, progress in your Spanish and connect with the language.
