First meetings with the student will be about getting to know you - your current progress (if any), what style you want to focus on, and how we will approach teaching this.
Typical lessons will include, but are not limited to:
- learning songs you wish to play, whilst also training your musical ear!
- some stylistic approaches to different genres
- working on playing technique
- learning chord shapes and how to implement them into your playing
- scales and arpeggios to expand your lead playing
