About Cora
I am a dedicated Spanish tutor with 13+ years of experience teaching High School and College students. My goal is to make Spanish easy to learn by creating lessons that match each student's learning style, pace, and academic goals. I believe that personalised learning helps students build confidence and achieve better results because every learner has unique strengths and challenges.
By understanding those differences, I am able to create lessons that keep students interested, motivated, and actively involved.
My classes focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, speaking, and conversational Spanish. I explain concepts step by step using simple language and practical examples that students can easily understand. I also include interactive exercises, discussions, and real-life situations to help students apply what they learn with confidence. My lessons encourage active participation because I believe students learn best by practising the language regularly.
One of my strongest qualities is patience. I understand that every student learns at a different pace, so I provide continuous encouragement and adjust lessons whenever needed. I regularly evaluate progress, give constructive feedback, and develop personalised strategies that help students overcome learning difficulties while staying motivated.
I also enjoy introducing students to Spanish-speaking cultures because language and culture are closely connected. Learning about traditions, customs, and everyday expressions helps students communicate more naturally and appreciate the language more deeply.

I follow a Spanish teaching methodology based on motivation, communication, creativity, and effective time management. I keep students motivated by creating a positive and supportive learning environment, understanding their goals, and celebrating progress.
Communication is a key part of my teaching; I focus on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through interactive exercises and real-life practice. Creativity is incorporated through storytelling, games, role-plays, and visual aids to make lessons fun, interactive, and memorable.
Time management ensures that each lesson is structured, covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation practice efficiently. I also guide learners on managing their study and practice time outside class for consistent improvement.
In addition to Spanish, I can teach related subjects such as grammar, pronunciation, and language learning strategies. My aim is to make Spanish learning simple, structured, and highly effective.
