About ELISA
I have been practicing aerial silks and hoop for 5 years.
Since about a couple of years I'm also practicing rope and hammock.
Over the years I have regularly attended lessosns and workshops.
I am also a CSEN-CONI acrobatic aerial dance competition official.
Completely in love with aerial disciplines and eager to convey my passion!

I offer private lessons with aerial silksand / or hammocks.
The lessons last one hour (warm-up / strengthening + work on the selected apparatus).
The course is dedicated to beginners: anyone can practice aerial acrobatics!
You will learn the theory of the apparatus, the basic techniques (climbs, descents, footlock, wristlock, hiplock) and sequences.
